RATES
Rate is $95.00 + tax per night. There is a 2-night minimum stay required. Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay.
Rate is $600 + tax per week (7 nights). Members of Trout Unlimited will receive a $100 discount on a weekly rental. Longer rentals may be available.

HELPFUL INFORMATION
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Guests leaving after check-out time will be charged $50 unless prior arrangements are made with management in writing.
- Access to the property is gated. Gate code will be provided.
- There is no telephone on property. There is limited cellular service on site.
- The town of Petersburg is 7 miles away and offers gas, groceries and restaurants, and a regional hospital.
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outside only (please pick up after yourself). Evidence of smoking in home will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- There are no pets allowed on property. Security deposit will be forfeited if pets are present.
- There is no daily maid service.

POLICIES
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required upon booking. It is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided the following requirements are met:
An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival and will be applied to the rental fees. We accept Paypal - including credit card payments (Paypal account not necessary), cashiers checks and money orders. Balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of $100. Guests canceling less than 14 days from arrival date will forfeit entire $200 deposit (advance rental fees are refundable.)

- No damage is done to home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
- No items are missing from home (we inventory after each guest departure.)
- All trash has been removed and placed in receptacle near the road upon departure.
- Pans are washed and dishwasher is started.
- Keys are left on kitchen counter and doors and windows are locked upon departure.
