Our home is in the country, so we don't have a real street address. To get an idea of where we are, search "Wildcat Road, Cabins, WV" on Yahoo Maps. Our home sits between Wildcat Road and Highway 55. If you click "Satellite" you can actually see the homes across from the river to the left of the letter"A".

Directions From Washington DC & Northern Virginia

Take I-66 West to I-81 South (toward Roanoke)
Take 2^nd Exit (#296) Hwy-55 W right toward Wardensville, WV
Continue on Hwy-55 W through Wardensville, WV
It becomes a 4-lane highway for approx. 20 miles to Moorefield
4-lane highway dead-ends in Moorefield
Take a LEFT to continue on Hwy-55 W toward Petersburg
In Petersburg, take a right at light to continue on Hwy-55 W toward Seneca Rocks
Go through Cabins, WV
You will pass Smoke Hole Resort on your left
You will pass entrance to Smoke Hole Road Recreation Area (brown sign on your right)
We are less than 1 mile on the right so slow down
You will pass Wildcat Road green street sign on the right (do not take Wildcat)
Immediately you will pass 2 houses and then our driveway is on the right
White sign reads “The Bergers, Turkey Foot Drive”. There is a red gate that opens toward you.
Drive all the way to the 2nd house at the top (driveway is pretty steep, so don't be shy on the gas petal!)

If you get to Smoke Hole Caverns and Gift Shop, you’ve gone too far (although they do have good ice cream!) If you need directions from another direction, we can help you!

I would recommend driving the posted speed limit in the small towns on the way. They just love to give tickets. Believe me, we've learned the hard way!
